Return & Refund Policy

At Vellore, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original box.

  • Final sale items (including limited drops, collaborations, or discounted items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will issue store credit.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@vellorenyc.com and we’ll make it right.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@vellorenyc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
