At Vellore, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Below are our shipping terms:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing may take longer during high-volume drops or holidays.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

  • Free shipping on orders over $150

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

  • Shipping times vary by location (average: 7–21 business days).

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

4. Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.

6. Pre-Orders / Limited Drops

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping may be delayed until production is complete.

  • Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
