At Vellore, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. Below are our shipping terms:
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing may take longer during high-volume drops or holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
Free shipping on orders over $150
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
Shipping times vary by location (average: 7–21 business days).
Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
6. Pre-Orders / Limited Drops
If your order includes a pre-order item, shipping may be delayed until production is complete.
